This recipe comes from Missy from my Wymount ward. They were delicious!
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1/8 tsp. salt
Bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute
Add: 3 c. oats
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
Scoop out big chunks and cool on waxed paper. Wait until they are hard to eat. Or eat them when their soft and warm.
